To ensure the safety and security of all our guests, we kindly ask for your cooperation regarding

the use of mobile batteries in guest rooms as follows:

・Please refrain from charging your mobile battery when you are away from Guest rooms.

・Please refrain from using mobile batteries to charge portable electronic devices or using the power outlets in Guest rooms in the following locations:

Places exposed to direct sunlight, such as near a window

On heat-sensitive materials such as beds, sheets, and curtains

・While charging, please use the device in a location where you can always check the status yourself in case of any problems.

・Do not use a mobile battery that is damaged, swollen, or generating abnormal heat.

Please note that if the above situation is observed during room cleaning while you are staying, for safety reasons,

our staff may relocate your mobile battery or stop the charging.

Please be aware of this in advance.
