Hotel reservations and Guest rooms
I have multiple reservations for consecutive stays, can I stay in the same room?

Are there smoking rooms?
There are no smoking rooms. All rooms are non-smoking. There is a smoking area on the first floor of the main building.

We do not have one at our hotel.

Are there any differences between the North Building, South Building, and Main Building?
Each building is different in age and has different air conditioning equipment.
North Building/South Building
The building was built in the 1990s. *All rooms were renovated in 2017.
Main Building
The building opened in December 2018.
You can switch between heating and cooling in Guest rooms (individual air conditioning).
There is a natural Hot springs bath on the top floor of the main building.

What is the view from your room?
From the rooms on the "canal side" you can see the Otaru Canal, and from the rooms on the "city side" you can see the Otaru cityscape.
*Some of the rooms on the canal side on the lower floors do not have a view of the canal.
Access and parking
Is there a parking area?
It is located behind the hotel. (A paid service. It costs 1,200 yen from check-in to check-out.)
Can you arrange a taxi?
There is a direct line to a taxi company in the lobby. You can also make a call at the front desk.
Is it possible to park motorcycles or large vehicles?
Parking for motorcycles is possible. (600 yen per night * 1,200 yen with sidecar)

Is it possible to use the parking lot before check-in time?
We will guide you from around 12:00. (Additional fees will be charged.)

About the surrounding area

Unfortunately, we are unable to make reservations/arrangements. Please make such arrangements yourself.

There is a convenience store just a minute's walk from the hotel.

If I send my luggage before my stay, will it be received?
Yes, we can. When sending, please write the following information on the shipping slip.
1. Name of person making reservation (the name registered when making the reservation)
2. Check-in date
3. Your reservation number if you know it

What is the bathing tax?
The hot spring tax is levied by prefectures and local governments on guests staying at facilities that have Hot springs facilities attached, and must be paid in addition to the accommodation fee.
Please note that when booking online, the total price shown does not include the bathing tax.

Can I have guests in my room?
We ask that people other than guests refrain from entering the rooms. Please use the lobby or other areas for visiting.
